Daniel Rush Finn, an economist and theologian, teaches at St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota. His most recent book is Just Trading: On the Ethics and Economics of International Trade (Abingdon, 1996).
Stephen Long has written an engaging and frustrating book on the relation of theology and economics. Baptized by Anabaptists, educated by evangelicals and ordained in the United Methodist Church, Long teaches at UMC-related Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, where he is co- director of the Center for Ethics and Values.
Peter Sedgwick has provided a fine service in reviewing a vast number of sources related to economic life today, though the title of his book should have been Consumption, Work and Human Identity: A Treatise in Christian Anthropology.
